Our comprehensive product portfolio includes LED Tail Lamps, Roof Lamps, Sleeper Lights, LED Side Marker , Destination lights, Interior Lighting Solutions, USB charging ports, AC louvers, AC trays, Emergency Roof Hatches, Rear View Mirrors, DC Brushless Fans, and a wide range of customized bus accessories. Every product is manufactured using premium-quality raw materials, advanced manufacturing technology, and stringent quality control processes to ensure superior performance, reliability, and long service life.
Infrastructure
Our comprehensive manufacturing set up and production facilities form the engine that drives our business. Ensuring the finest quality of products, we use world-class machinery which includes Imported PLC Controlled Computerised Plastic Injection Molding Machines specially for Polyurethane Products and Thermoplastics, Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine, Hotmelt Gluing Machines, SMT led mounting machines, Reflow oven, Soldering work stations etc.
Our in-house tool room facility is well equipped for product development which consists ofVMC, Lathe, Drill Machines, Grinders etc.
Our state-of-the-art production unit holds a capacity of 50,000 units per day The in-house production of Paltex products is spread over 3 productions units in Delhi which covers 18000 sq. ft. with a workforce
of 100 employess.
Testing and R&D
The offered range is tested on various quality parameters by our experienced quality controller team. Our lab is fully equipped with modern testing machines which includes Dust chamber, water spray testing machine, Lumen test, Hardness test equipment and various high precision testing equipment.
